PYS program

Present Your Startup is an accelerator program and pitch competition enabling entrepreneurs to share their companies with the world, networking and of course getting the chance to get funded. Customized training, specific investor matchmaking and an innovative community are examples of the features the program offers.

This year, after a successful experience in Bonaire, Present Your Startup organized the program in Alkmaar, together with Gemeente Alkmaar, Rabobank, Actan adviseurs & accountants, Sophista, Twine, IT = Alkmaar, Creative, Triple, Betty Blocks, Tape and Cyso Group.

Due to corona, the Semi-final took place at the NHNEXT set, which allowed people from The Netherlands and worldwide to watch it livestream. At the end of the program, the jury members made a final decision and chose the 5 finalists. After this amazing experience, the finalists got the chance to present their businesses on NH Nieuws every Tuesday of September, getting more presence in The Netherlands. The episodes are still available at their website.

Every year, we have a great event at the finals and people can attend and watch the pitches live. Nonetheless, due to corona measures, we will be transmitting the event online, you can register on eventbrite here. Remember we have a date this Tuesday 29th September at 13:00 hrs. If you could not see who they finalists are, check below:

They take over small web hosting providers who often struggle to survive, which have sky-high costs or do not have the required technical knowledge. Pepperfield has grown to a turnover of € 100,000 and 900 customers in 1 year and has three people on the team. They ask € 425K to finance 12 acquisitions.

This startup creates comfort in the crowd. They solve waiting lines by rethinking the way people order and pay at events or venues. By now, Airchip has seven members and they believe that people shouldn’t waste time waiting. Strict purchasing requirements and regulations mean, there are fewer circular interior products available for Government, Healthcare, Education and companies at home and abroad. Circuvorm intends to solve this by developing and distributing interior products. So far, this startup has three circular project chairs and they are seeking funding for the Pluz-chair and the Rex-product series (chair & table).
